Before meeting Bailey I have never seen a stronger bond between a person and their pet. I may have only gotten to know Lacey in her old age, but you can't erase the history-filled profound trust from a dog's eyes. Bailey's love for Lacey was the type of true, sacrificial and unconditional love that we are called to show others on this earth. I have never known another human to love as fiercely as Bailey does, and that was so evident in her commitment to Lacey, her beloved friend, her baby, her partner in life. I thank God for blessing the world with such a gentle and joyful dog for 15 years. Rest in perfect peace, Lacey girl. We will see you in heaven.

I'll never forget working overnights and the amount of times you'd have to bring in sweet Lacey girl late at night for her addiction of picking up stray chicken bones, even when you had to be at work the next day. Or every morning you walking in with "Tracey", putting her in the kennel, putting on ONE glove and hand mixing her dry food with her wet food. The bond you two shared is unlike any other🧡

Sweet Lacey, you're so deeply loved & will be missed! It was always a hoot as too how you'd always manage to find chicken wings during walks, lol and your mom would bring you in to get checked right away. Goofy girl! you'll always be remembered for being such a seeker. Rest easy in the Lords kingdom, run free in the heavens and now your mamas forever guardian!🕊️

Lacey, I know God has accepted you and has bathed you in healing comfort and abundant love. You are living pain free as you wait for the best mom in the world, Bailey. She was charged with taking care of you 15 years ago and she will never stop loving you. I thank her for sharing all the memories of you. It warms my heart as her compassion and love still shines as you wait to walk beside her again. I pray God continues to wrap her in comfort as she grieves the loss of your earthly form as it's never easy to lose the angels who bless us as our fur babies. While I never got to meet Lacey in person she was always hilarious and one of the few dogs on social media who was always a blast to see. She'll be missed and in my thoughts and prayers 🙏🏾

I did not know Lacey personally but I can say just from knowing her owner Bailey that God gave her the best life he could have given or blessed her with. Just by allowing these two to come in each other's life when both needed it the most! It is not easy losing a love one but know just because she is not here anymore does not mean the memories these two shared go away either. The memories these two share will always live on with Bailey and that is something nobody can take from them. To Bailey when you reflect on the good times you had with Lacey, you will sit and eventually smile or laugh about the antics she would get into and just know Lacey loved you unconditionally. I am sure Lacey would agree with me or bark at me but I think Lacey reflecting back on her life would agree it was amazing, filled with love and awesome adventures with her owner! I am sure she is grateful to God for allowing the two of you to be equally blessed to come in each other's life. May her memory live on and may she rest in peace. -Brandon Frey
