Sir Shiner Bock Hall, beloved companion, loyal protector, and the heart of the Hall family’s “Puppy Palace,” passed away peacefully on March 9, 2026, at the remarkable age of 17 years and 8 months, in the loving arms of his mommy.

Shiner lived life exactly the way he loved it—outdoors and right beside his mom. He was truly his momma’s “ride or die.” Whether it was going for car rides, cruising on the four-wheeler, or proudly riding along while the yard was being mowed, Shiner was happiest when he was by her side. If anyone was in the driveway working on a vehicle, you could count on Shiner being there too—carefully watching, supervising, and inspecting every detail like the good foreman he was.

At the Puppy Palace, Shiner held an important role. He was the best big brother and the patient trainer of every new furbaby that joined the family. His calm leadership and loving spirit helped welcome each newcomer into the pack.

Shiner was preceded in death by his beloved fur siblings Duckie, Aussie, Maggie, and Derby; his devoted wife Molly; and his children Liberty, Skeeter, Sprocket, Cambrie Jo, and Allie (Speed). He was also preceded in death by his human family member, Grandpa Summers.

He leaves behind a loving family who will forever cherish his memory: his mom and dad; his fur siblings Radar, Piper, and Orbit; his human siblings Julia (Danyella), Olivia (Luke), and Susan (Momi); and his human cousins Netanel, Hila, and Noa and human Grandma Bev.

We would also like to give a very special thank you to Dr. Lee Hampton, DVM, and the caring staff at Vista Animal Hospital for the kindness, compassion, and loving care they showed Shiner and all of our furbabies through the years. Your support meant so much to our family.

Run free now sweet Shiner. You will always be momma’s good boy. We will love you forever. ❤️🐾

Shiner’s pawprints will forever remain on the hearts of everyone who knew him. His loyalty, love, and watchful spirit made him one of a kind.

Shiner, you are already missed more than words can express by Mommy and Daddy. Until we meet again, go find Grandpa and spend some time with him.
